Spring Concert April 29, 2012

The Spring sacred music concert of the Ravenna Community Choir is scheduled for Sunday April 29, 3:00 p.m. at the First Congregational Church, 266 S. Chestnut St. in Ravenna OH. It will feature contemporary arrangements by John Purifoy, Heather Sorensen, Don Besig, Patty Drennan, Joseph M. Martin and others.

Christmas Concert December 18, 2011

Our Fall session concert was held Sunday December 18, 2011, 3:00 p.m., at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, corner Highland Avenue and N. Freedom Street, Ravenna OH.

The program included contemporary arrangements of seasonal music by Ruth Elaine Schram, Patti Drennan, Brad Nix, Lee Dengler and Douglas Nolan, as well as Tapestry of Light - a Celtic Christmas Celebration by Joseph M. Martin.

Ravenna Community Choir repeated its performance of Sing for the Cure at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church in Macedonia, OH for the benefit of the Susan G. Komen Foundation. The choir has also repeated Spring and Christmas concerts there.
